With over 20 years of experience, Sarah is a dedicated therapist and supervisor committed to ethical and excellent care, and mentoring the next generation of clinicians through expert supervision, case consultation and clinical leadership. 

Sarah provides skilled clinical services to clients of a variety of ages and concerns. She has many years of experience treating anxiety and depression, trauma, family and marriage/couples therapy, parenting coaching, and helping those experiencing life transitions or enduring complex medical conditions. 

She also works with adults and adolescents who struggle with substance use problems and other compulsive behaviors, as well as individuals who suffer from chronic and severe psychiatric disorders. Her integrative approach is informed by EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, IFS, PCIT, attachment assessment and treatment, emotional regulation, sandtray work, and person-centered care. 

Sarah offers a spiritually integrated space where faith is not just respected, but welcomed as a vital part of the healing process. While she works competently with clients of all backgrounds, she provides a specialized safe harbor for those seeking to integrate Catholic-Christian values with clinical excellence. Sarah is a clinical member of the Catholic Psychotherapy Association. 

When she's not in the office, Sarah is likely cheering on her six children—teens and young adults—or enjoying life with her husband of nearly 25 years. She serves on several community boards and is active in her parish. To recharge, Sarah likes gardening and reading, fitness, and finding any excuse to laugh with friends.
